A large U.S. federal law enforcement agency needed a better way to maintain and monitor the organization’s 400+ mission-critical and mission-relevant software applications. Development teams no longer trusted, nor relied on, the current system to get the job done. They had resorted to developing their own workarounds and processes which resulted in increased costs, inconsistency, errors, and security risks. Fjord designed a self-service portal for development teams to request and manage infrastructure, customize CI/CD pipelines, monitor performance and security, and view all infrastructure-related activity.
